Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

2. Return and Exchange Requests

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a request, the customer must contact us using the available contact methods.

3. Return Procedure

Once a return or exchange is agreed:

  • The customer selects either:

    • A replacement product (different size or model), or

    • A full or partial refund

  • The customer sends the product to our store address using a courier of their choice

  • The package must include:

    • The returned item

    • Clear instruction regarding:

      • Exchange (selected product), or

      • Refund (full or partial amount)

4. Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt, the returned item is inspected.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including the box)

If the return meets these conditions:

  • The request is approved and processed accordingly

If the return does not meet these conditions:

  • The return may be rejected

5. Exchanges

If an exchange is requested:

  • If the replacement item is of equal value, no additional payment is required

  • If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must provide the price difference

  • If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded

The replacement product is sent via courier after approval.

6. Refunds

If a refund is requested:

  • The refund is issued via courier upon processing of the returned item

  • The customer must specify the refund amount when sending the return (full or partial)

7. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us after verification

8. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse:

  • Returns that do not meet the stated conditions

  • Future orders in cases of repeated misuse, including unjustified refusals of deliveries
