Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within North Macedonia only.

For international orders, customers may contact us via email to request shipping options.
Please note that international shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days and working hours

  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day

  • Orders are processed only on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days from dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.

4. Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping on all orders within North Macedonia

  • All costs, including cash-on-delivery handling, are included in the final price

5. Payment Method

At this time, all orders are completed via cash on delivery.

6. Order Processing and Availability

All orders are subject to internal review before dispatch.

We reserve the right to confirm, process, or cancel any order prior to shipment in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Detected defects

  • Technical or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified using the contact details provided.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable, delivery will be attempted multiple times.

  • After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package is returned to us

  • We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly fail to receive deliveries

8. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

  • Delivery details are accurate and complete

  • You are available to receive the shipment within the expected timeframe

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Delays and Liability

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us and we will address the issue accordingly.
